The RBS Real Estate Group was established to provide internal and external real estate investment banking services to RBS and its partners for real estate assets and operating entities primarily located in our Global Network of Operations. Our founding partner of our Real Estate Group was Mr. John N. Johnson IV, who was the former Head of Real Estate for Arthur Anderson and a Member of the Board of the Urban Land Institute sitting on the Resorts & Recreational Real Estate Council. RBS is uniquely positioned to acquire, develop, reposition and structure real estate financings for properties through the capital markets by working alongside hotel owners and residential developers.
